Prep ahead and keep cut veggies in front of fridge in a container. This takes a few minutes each week. Easy food access makes good options!
Wake up and drink water with lemon. This helps with daily cleansing.
Start to read labels. You can’t always read them - but start to be more mindful of what you are eating. Look for things such as food colorings, artificial sweeteners, and preservatives. An organic lemon juice has simply one ingredient. A typical lemon juice brand may contain preservatives such as sodium benzoate and sodium metabisulfite. (FYI – These preserva:ves help prolong shelf life and are also cleaners and bleaching agents. Who wants that in their juice?)
Be thankful for three things at end of day. Have a happy and healthy mindset before going to sleep. This helps you rest better.
Purchase healthy cleaning options. Essential oils and white vinegar, Mr. Clean sponges.
